From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed by Brittany. She made scheduling our appointments together so easy and since we're traveling from an hour away, that was very important. Dr. Brayton has a fantastic bedside manner. He is very direct in his treatment. His knowledge, kindness, and overall demeanor are far above any dentist I've ever been to. Quite frankly, if we'd found Dr. Brayton years ago, we'd certainly been better off. George! We really like George. He is so funny, kind, sweet and attentive. If he plans to continue his education, I know where I'll go when I'm old. He is just fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. Brayton and his staff. So far, I had LANAP and my husband had gum flap surgery. Both procedures were worth the time it took to drive there and the money. I truly believe that is due to the professionalism of docs entire staff.-The Freys

I have had a wonderful experience at Southwest Michigan Periodontics . With Dr Brayton's expertise and his team Kayla and Brittney I am on my way to recovery with a lot more of my original teeth than I thought. I highly suggest anyone who has been told their teeth are a lost cause to try this office and see if there are other solutions waiting for you. Treated kindly and anytime I call the office for advice it's like chatting with old friends.

Didn’t expect this! Poor customer service! My father was going to this office for first time and he was tested for covid(no issues with this) and asked to fill out extra paper work. The issue is why does a white man get to walk in and skip steps and not asked anything??? On top of this the doctor looked at my dad for 60 seconds and acted as if he didn’t want to touch my father at all! Why is that? Do you not like minorities, but can take their money??? We will not be coming back to this place again!!
